What is the best method to clean myself after unprotected sex?

My problem is that I'm having reoccurring infections and I think it's due to excess semen; that and my boyfriend is not circumcised so I need an effect way to clean myself as thoroughly as possible.

also the unprotected sex part isn't an issue, we're both std free and I'm on a birth control, help with hygiene is all I need. Thanks!

Usually, your vagina does a pretty good job of cleaning itself. If you're getting infections you might want to talk to your gynecologist.

Douching can get the semen out of your vagina, but douching isn't all that great. :/ If you must, just use some warm water.
