I need a pc program for windows that can edit and cut out all the profanity and sex scenes on the computer (i.g Avi files). Any Help?

No such thing exists. How could it?
You can block certain websites, but if you really want something to remove profanity and sex from your avi files, then you're going to need to edit them manually, or stop downloading avi files with profanity and sex in them.
Short Circuit 2 is a particular favourite of mine, with very little profanity and no sex whatsoever.
